Let them have cake!

I have a passion for cooking and baking and am 100% gluten-free. This dietary restriction has not hindered me; instead, it has inspired me to adapt my approach. Over the past decade since my diagnosis, I have evolved into a skilled baker who can whip up delectable desserts without anyone suspecting they are gluten-free.

Baking has become my go-to activity in times of joy, stress, or really any time. I not only bake for myself but also share my creations with neighbors and friends.

Today, I embarked on a new culinary adventure – pistachio and almond flour cake with dark chocolate ganache. The stunning photo is from the recipe page, and the other photo is the one I made, while they look quite different - it’s the same recipe, and it tastes amazing!

Why am I sharing this personal story with you? Here are a few reasons:

👉 I am a multifaceted individual with passions beyond my professional life.

👉 Unexpected twists may arise in life, yet the path can remain rewarding and guide you to an exceptional destination.

👉 Share the fruits of your labor - whether it be guidance, a helping hand, or ½ a cake - I assure you that you’ll feel richer for doing so.

Now I’m off to enjoy a slice of cake and some trash-tv 😀
