When Purciarele Group launched two years ago, I didn’t have all the answers. What I did have was over 30 years of HR experience, a belief that small businesses deserved better than cookie-cutter solutions, and a determination to prove that HR could be approachable, practical, and—dare I say it—human.

Now, two years later, we’re still standing. Still growing. And more energized than ever about what’s ahead.

But let’s be honest: it hasn’t all been easy.

There were months when I felt unstoppable—helping clients navigate tough employee issues, building handbooks from scratch, even stepping in to run entire offices remotely during emergencies. And there were months when I sat at my desk wondering, Is this really going to work?

The highs:
