When is the last time you accidentally told a client "love you"?

There was a recent post on LinkedIn where someone was confessing they ended a sales call with "love you" by accident!!


While this hasn't happened to me, yet.... there was an amusing incident last week when an email was sent out discussing "RISK management," mistakenly labeled as "RICK management." Such moments bring a light-hearted touch to the daily business interactions, or at least they should!


Afterall we are only human 😁
